Mini Pancakes Poffertjes

The traditional Dutch pastry delicacy.
The snacks, similar to little pancakes, are served with butter and lots of powder sugar. You bake them on poffertjes plates, while turning them once, but not too long, so that the poffertjes stay soft inside… Delicious!
